ABCFood operated with disconnected legacy systems across 3 subsidiaries. Manual processes, data silos, and zero real-time visibility led to inventory overstock, missed deliveries, and 40% slower decision-making. No unified system for sales, logistics, or production.
We built a complete digital ecosystem: 172+ custom Odoo modules covering sales, production, logistics, and HRIS. Deployed 45+ self-hosted services (Authentik SSO, ClickHouse analytics, Grafana monitoring), 4 mobile PWAs for field operations with offline-first architecture, and automated data pipelines processing 10K+ daily transactions.
